The scope included almost 300 decorative GRC panels comprising a 15mm skin of GRC bonded to a galvanised steel frame. The shapes required fabrication of 76 highly complex moulds by our in-house mould experts in our Brisbane facility.

The GRC was coloured off white and a light acid wash was applied in the factory to create a uniform finish on this highly sculptured façade.
